Slightly later than planned due to lack of time but found this one quite easy. I’m hoping I’m not going to eat those words when I start week 9. Even managed to increase the speed by .1 for each of last 5 minutes 😝 and no knee pain. The end is within touching distance. Plan then for a park run followed by the 5to10K so I’m on track for race for life next year

Great that you have completed the 3/28 minute runs of week 8, just 3 more 30 minute runs of week 9 and you will have graduated, just take those 3 runs nice and steady as you have been up to now, graduation, here I come, good luck.
