Went out in the glorious autumn sunshine today (decided it was preferable to yesterday's downpours!) to complete week 2. Knee still seems to be holding up ok while running, but sometimes hurts while walking!! Hoping to get out on Sunday to try week 3 before my physio appointment on Monday evening.

Great job. Hopefully the knee will strengthen and physio will be able to give you some specific exercises.

I just completed week 2 yesterday! I’ve surprised myself at how ‘well’ I’ve coped (in that I haven’t died!) and am enjoying it: I hope you are too 👍 I too have an iffy knee: been walking around Scarborough today and it’s very achey yet is much more comfortable running! Here’s to week 3! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

I'm glad you're enjoying it. I know what you mean about the knee being more conformatble running than walking! I shall certainly be raising that one with my physio!!
