I think toning a specific area needs specific exercises... maybe they have a plan at your gym

They are the hardest bits to shift and hang on for grim death. Cut down on the refined carbs and potatoes, bread. drink more water and keep moving. Get some good walking done between your runs If you’re using the gym you could get some spinning done or some strength exercises etc It all helps

It will go! 💪👍😃. When i had this issue I was told that I probably had about another six pounds to shift I did🙂👍

Do it by healthy eating and exercise though You have to eat enough! Running before breakfast burns fat and it’s something you could try

Try Joel furmahn’s eat to live... read it all, absorb it, believe it and you will find your natural slim weight and stay there.. good luck

I'm trying to lose weight as well but all this exercise is giving me the munchies, big time. Try snacking on fruit and veg. I go to Weight Watchers. I lost 5 stone but I've put a bit back on and that's why I started running. One thing I will say though is that running every day risks injury. Look at the FAQ story about this because you don't want to end up having to pack it in for a while. You're obviously getting a real buzz from your exercise and that can get addictive! All the best.
