Short & sweet today because I have some much needed bacon π₯ under the grill π
Nice sunny morning and ended up pushing it today just a little bit more. Loved Mondays run but did feel I had a bit more left in the tank at the end to have pushed it further than I had. Was cautious not to be reckless again like W7R2 and tried to control it over the run.
Overall felt I balanced it pretty well, and whilst it definitely felt like a good workout was a controlled experiment this time π Was a little later out today and on a empty stomach maybe didn't have maybe quite as much energy as I felt on Monday. Sooo will aim for 9am starts for the last 4 runs.
Fridays run I'm thinking I may experiment again by reversing the route, feel happy with today's result so don't mind if I'm a bit slower through being a bit more cautious.
Can just about see the CT5K finish line in the distance now and it feels good π€
Edit: Updated today's piccy to be a bit more seasonal π Should have started the program a week and a half earlier, would have been perfect if I was graduating today! ππ»
