Due to complete Week 3 tomorrow, and my pace so far (according to Strava) is between 12.01 to 12.45/mi. Is this too fast/ too slow. What’s everyone else’s pace?

My speeds were pretty similar at that stage. The later longer runs were slightly slower

Your pace is your pace, it doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing. If you are able to have a conversation while running it’s the right pace for you. Your pace will increase as you progress and get more distance in your legs. You’ve started something amazing, don’t get hung up on measurements just yet. Enjoy the process, happy running. 😀

A tiny little bit quick but nothing to worry about, if you feel comfortable at that pace you don't need to slow down. 😊

Don’t think about pace until you’ve finished the program at the earliest!

Everyone is different. The youngsters can be fast, the practiced old timers can be fast, the rest of us are all trailing behind. Don't worry about comparing with others, just compare with yourself. As you improve you'll find it very pleasing whatever the figures are.

Best pace is a smart pace Lemontop. As BTP says we are all different. If the pace your going at suits you & your not struggling, then it’s the right pace for you👍🏻
