Ok so my toxic 18 dropped to a toxic 10...Woop! I enjoyed more of today’s run than just enduring it! I’m beginning to think I am starting to love this running lark rather than just being addicted. Stupidly cold out today with splodges of black ice threatening to trap me! But I was donned with my woolly hat (that lasted half a lap), two tops,extra padded sports bra, fleesee and a running jacket with my thickest socks. I was hydrated, and stretched and still I did not want to run. But I ran, and I ran and it wasn’t half bad.

Duck forgot to hydrate again so cramped up and his chest was tight. So I guess we will be repeating again....unless I just do week 8 until he catches up...Is that mean? I want those 3 golden minutes after accidentally doing them last week. He could walk alongside me for them? I’ll be enforcing hydration again regardless and I ordered him a buff. I don’t like it when he suffers😢

Oooh and I reduced my minutes by km by 14 seconds from last week. So yay! Good run day for me 😀

Well done 💪👍😃. Yep it’s beginning to feel quite wintry out now, especially early doors. I was out early with the dog and was slipping Woooooh. Take care folks

Or wait til later in the day when there’s been a thaw If in doubt

Skip it. The last thing we want is a turned ankle or worse
