Getting ready for the 20 min run this week, I’ve done program before so I know it works, why does it feel like such a jump ....
Recently back from injury still a few niggles so have done Week 5 Run 2 x2, and week 5run 1 x2 , registered for remembrance 5 k on November 11, would love to run the lot am I aiming too high?? currently completing 5 k in 38 minutes, I follow plan but with walking and extra bit of running I try to complete 5 k when I get out, juggling 2 little ones and a husband that’s a farmer 👩🌾 I take advantage
