Did my 4th Parkrun today and 2 lovely things - Met up with LittleMaz and managed another PB - I’m still last (2 from last as Tony the fab Tail runner had a chum along and very encouraging they were too! LittleMaz waited for me, cheered me on and bought me a coffee at the end - fantastic morning! Should have done a selfie but forgot!!

I got 30.12 today, so not a PB but still chuffed. Well definitely do it again, though not next week as well both be nursing the hangovers lol.
