New Graduate! Go me!

I did it…I finally graduated today…after 3 attempts at C25K! This last attempt has been a really stoppy-starty journey punctuated with injury, and I honestly thought, at times, that graduation would never happen. But, really proud of myself for not giving up!

Had a bit of a ‘mare technology-wise this morning. I’d decided to use Strava for the first time, to determine how much of a snail’s pace I was running at, but on reaching the end of the 30 minute run, I found that I’d bodged the record; in frustration, I closed the app, and, inadvertently, managed to close the C25K app at the same time! So I don’t have a record of the run, either by Strava or by the C25K app, which is a tad disappointing…

But, anyway, chuffed to bits that I have finally graduated. It’s my Christmas present to myself! Go me!!

Thanks for the congrats. Tech can be annoying, can't it... Oh well, I suppose if we didn't have the tech, there'd be no C25K!

Exactly. I was thinking this just after I replied, and having had some struggles with my tech today. Have to take the rough with the smooth!!

Well done graduate! I'm sure strava keeps recording even if you close the app? Happened to me few weeks ago, I turned it back on and it was still recording away happily.

Unfortunately, the problem was that it hadn’t started recording in the first place! I’d hit ‘Record’, not realising that I then needed to hit ‘Start’… Not a mistake I'll make a second time!

Thank you! I am still slightly disappointed that my run is not on record, but as you say, I did it (tech difficulties or not) and that’s the main thing! I’m enjoying the moment…it’s been a long time coming!
