I had to take a week off after week 7 due to a cold. Then I thought I'd better repeat week 7 to get back into it again. Now I'm 2 weeks behind, but had an excellent run this morning, coming just 30 seconds short of a full 5 km. Complete week 8 on Sunday, then I might just graduate at the Park Run next Saturday.
