Yep so I finished the program ! Very pleased but also nervous to run without the help of the nice lady talking in my ear. ( although , does anyone else start swearing when she says ‘ you’ve got 5 mins to go ‘ when you are convinced you are almost done ?? 😂)

I think it’s an awesome program and I’m literally astonished by what I’ve achieved. Could not and would not have done it without C25K.
