Quick and question, I’m joining a running club, should I skip a c25k run or extend the running week so I will end up running 4 times a week ?

As a new, or relapsed, runner, you need to preserve your rest days to give your muscles time to repair and strengthen, which they do not do while running.

I would run the C25K session with the club or hold off going with them until you’re done with the plan to be honest.

Run your C25K run with the group.....your rest days as IannodaTruffe says..are crucial.
