My first official timed run went out today, it was cold and raining, all the women went at once, they normally let the 10k go first then the 5k, don’t know my results as yet but thanks for all the words of support and virtual pats on the back, y’all rock👍👍👍

It poured out of the heavens, my feet are soaked to the bones still, even after a change of socks and shoes, my hubby and wee son were at the finish line, he thinks it was 31 mins, won’t know for def until results are posted in tomorrow’s paper!

Not fair that the South of England is getting all that sunshine while where I am in Central Scotland and you in N. Ireland it's all cloudy and wet.
