Well , meant to get up & repeat that lovely run I did on Tuesday nestled in between the lovely pine clad mountains of Icmeler , but last night I over indulged on the vino ( my weakness ) it's my Hungarian blood ! & slept in but not tomorrow ! Oh no I'm on it ! 6am !
Hangover : Well , meant to get up & repeat that... - Couch to 5K
Hangover
LOL, you are on holiday, so time to relax a bit and kick back, enjoy your time away.......imagine you could be back in the UK enjoying a heat wave and all it entails!
Oh yeah I blame those Hungarians too. Tee hee, it reminds me of Arkwright with poor old Granville!
Hope you're having a fabbo time in Turkey. Sounds like it!
Hey! It's as hot as Hades here!!! You're not the only one basking in baking hot sun. I just went out running in it, nutter that I am. Scenery was a bit pants though. No pine clad mountains for me. Just the industrial estate!
Shame on you - anyone would think you were on your holidays or something!
Enjoy yourself!
Hummmm and here was me thinking you'd be running 10k every morning before a healthy breakfast and a morning in the gym!
Enjoy your hols Rockette, they're far too short to feel guilty about a missed run
Mmmm a glass of wine (or few), a backdrop of pine clad mountains- you're forgiven for not getting up early. I'm sure you will find time tomorrow or the day after. The running is in your blood now as well so I'm sure you'll be out there soon enough. Enjoy your hols x
Nothing like a run to clear the head... After a night on the beers with a friend who I ran with the next morning - the only words spoken to each other at 6:15am were "this is going to suck" before we headed off...
You know what - just taking your trainers with you on holidays is amazing... I think we've all gone a little mad (in a good way) after C25K... You're on holiday now and part of your "holiday" is getting a run in every now and then... that's just awesome...
I'm likely off to the south of Italy in a few weeks and the only question I asked our hosts was "is there somewhere nice to run"...
Hope the head feels better soon... ENJOY your holiday!
