Can't believe I will be running for 28 mins next week, when I started this program I could barely run for 60 secs. Stick with it the program really does work, think of the goal and benefits to motivate yourself. Found running in a group really is the key for this program. Good luck all.

Great job. Group running is great for motivation, and the right group is a good thing. Personally I prefer the alone time and I don’t ever have to question my pace, so it wouldn’t be for me.

I agree rginvw and feel exactly the same. It's a very well thought out programme and every week is a personal best!
