Run? Me? Not likely!

I’ve hated running for over 55 years, ever since School Sports Days. I’ve now started using the Couch to 5K, only doing about 20 seconds of the 60 second runs of week 1, but have discovered I’m actually enjoying the freedom and sense of achievement! Might take a while to get to week 2 at this rate, but I’ll get there eventually.

Welcome and well done starting this. It doesn’t matter how long it takes as long as you’re enjoying yourself and keep trying, you’ll get there.
