So to keep up with my 3 runs per week schedule I had to do w7r3 after a 12 hour night shift. Don't think it went very well but I suppose that should be expected, at least I did it so I should be pleased but can't help being disappointed that it was slower than before.

After a night shift
Oh my goodness! well done! not convinced I could do that. Massive kudos to you for getting out there. people keep saying it's not about speed, so I guess you shouldn't be disheartened if you didn't run a quickly. to be fair you obviously wouldn't if you were tired after such a long shift. Well done!
Well done you! After a 12 hour shift I would’ve just about dragged myself to bed!! 💪🏻💪🏻
Well done you that dedication will see you through the programme and don't worry about the speed...slow and steady is the mantra you need.
We do say the whole time that slow is best for this job We keep saying it cos it’s true. Slow is best 💪👍😃
You can work on your speed once you’ve grown a pair of running legs. The strength has to come first
It’s not easy to run when you’re fatigued No wonder you found it hard.
Keep plugging away, slow but sure💪
Good job. Slower is good... let’s take an example... the marathon world record recently fell... that guy goes for his PB twice a year... most of the rest of the time he runs slow (for him) to maintain endurance. Daily PB chasing ends in injury or disappointment... it’s better if this stays fun.
Well done getting out there after a long shift.
