I’m a 44 year old, full time working mum of 2, both who are a lot fitter than me! I’m only on week 1, just completed run 2 yesterday and I’m feeling pretty motivated so far although I realise I have a long way to go!

Welcome. Great job so far. You’re doing the hardest bit... I don’t ever want to see week one again (that will keep me running)

This plan seems to fly by, it seems like yesterday I was doing those runs, but actually I was doing a 30 minutes run!

Those kids won’t be fitter than you for long.

Keep enjoying it, and keep working... you’ll soon be there.
