Possibly the reason for the sore hip is that perhaps you are running 🏃 a little quicker than you should, I hope your sore hip heals soon even if it means that you take more than one day off running 🏃
It took me quite a while to enjoy the running- eventually I had a couple of minutes when I was tolerating it ( simply feeling “this is ok”) and that gradually grew. Enjoyment sneaked up on me later. I certainly enjoyed the sense of achievement and the many benefits. 😀

I've had some pains in my feet (that existed before c25k I should add). It doesn't go away but is not as noticeable when running.
So keep going. See your GP if it remains a concern (like I did)
