Great job... hard finish shows mental strength.

Week 5... you’re ready. Trust the programme, go slow and steady, and tell yourself that you can do it... remind yourself just how great finishing a run feels... you can do it.

Don’t forget that the programme is geared to allow repeats of any run. Sometimes a little extra time to work on style and build up stamina can be a real help. Do what works for you - you haven’t failed if you take more than 9 weeks to graduate. A lot of people do. Well done for persevering - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ !

FAIL is just an acronym for First Attempt In Learning ;) So whatever happens it is good. Just go and do your best ;)

Great job! You will go through week 5 the same as you completed week 4. Week 5 is the biggest mental challenge, as our bodies are very well prepared for it. Just slow and steady. Believe in the program and in yourself ;)
