I've had to have consecutive rest days since Sunday to allow a very sore Achilles to recover. Lots of stretches and yoga have paid off.
Tentatively took a 10 min walking warm up and stretched again THEN BOOM 25 minutes of running in the sunset π
I took it gently and actually enjoyed the feeling . Couldn't help but punch the air when Jo Wiley told me I'd done it.
To anyone embarking on this C25k stick at it, go easy it feels great... some days anyway!! Today is a great one for me and still more to go. π€ΈββοΈ
