Today another gorgeous autumn run. Decided to get out there before it got too hot this morning! Managed all the runs apart from the last 3 minute run without stopping. I am going to repeat this run as I am not sure if I am going to manage running for 5 mins next week just yet!

Well done for getting this far. If you're like me that last little bit is in your head not in your fitness. My gremlins are always telling me I can't do it but so far I have managed to not listen to them. I'm not saying it was easy but I wasn't giving in.
You can do this. Maybe slow your pace a little so you have a little bit more energy at the end

I did wk4rn1 on Wed afternoon very hot and windy. Found it harder than wks1-3. This Fri morn rn2 ideal cooler sunny and no wind much easier. I think I've recovered from last weeks Seine river cruise. Too much sitting and swollen ankles.
I'm sticking to short strides and moderatly slow pace; that will change when my body tells me. Now a 2 day rest.
