Up at 5.40 and in the gym by 6. What's that all about. Run done. Steady and not quick but completed in one piece. Tried not to look too embarrassed when phone fell on to the treadmill and shot of the end just as I finished....sarah saying well done across the gym.

hi have you been doing all of your c25k on the tredmill if so how do you think you have been doing .as i am on w5r2 and i have done all on tredmill some pepole say its harder
Hi. I've done park and outside on pavement as well but as the weather got bad I have stayed indoors on treadmill. I find it easier as I can keep a steady pace plus it's a bit easier on my knees. When I've completed week 9 I shall go outside more and build up the distance better.
Hello, I have done all of mine on the treadmill as I find outside harder, mainly due to hayfever. I do want to go outside more as the treadmill can feel a bit boring sometimes. How do you feel about using it?
