Hi everyone, I started the couch to 5k 5 weeks ago, and although I'm nota natural runner/jogger I am actually loving the feeling of achieving the runs. Have always been a Walker but thought I'd try something new to help keep fit. I've recently lost 4 stone and want to keep it off.

Good job so far... and well done losing the weight. By the sounds of it keeping fit and maintaining weight will be fairy straight forward for you.

Well done 👍😃

No-one here is a natural runner. We’re all here fresh off the couch pretty much

Running is very good for keeping our weight down I literally ran my arse off

I lost 4 st 9 lbs and have kept if off for nearly 8 years I like to walk to and hardly use the car these days Once you can jog comfortably you can run to the shops and run errands etc.

Good luck Slow and steady 😃👍💪🏃‍♀️
