I'm usually scared of the dark (lame I know at 31) but I decided to finish what I started earlier I did 14 minutes of run 3 but had to stop as had to take my youngest to the docs he had a fight with the coffee table 🙈 so out I went in the dark 28 minutes done! It's so calm and cool I loved it may complete week 9 in the dark. WEEK 8 DONE 😁

Conquering fears and running 28 minutes after being a medic and busy mum... very well done. Hope the coffee table is ok! (I only make this joke as obviously your son is) Enjoy week 9... victory lap time.

I don't particularly fancy running in the dark, but in your case, you had to do it because you had to take your youngest to the doctors after he had a fight with the coffee table, the latter being the winner. I would rather run in the daylight but I am glad that you didn't mind running for 28 minutes of week 8 in the dark, nothing to be scared off running in the dark unless it's on the 31 October. Not long now until you graduate, either in the dark or daylight.

PS I hope your son soon recovers from that fight with the coffee table.

I also ran for the first time in the dark but I had a lovely full moon to guide me for the first half and then a beautiful sunrise on my way back. Made me feel glad to be alive ... plus I also completed Wk7 run 2. Hope both your son and coffee table make a quick recovery!

Well done , this program is more than just running , amazing what we can do when we set our minds to it 😊
