The weather today was perfect for my run and there was no more pesky wind so my ears didn't get cold yay! Hoping for more weather like this! Completed week 3 r2 although I did end up walking half way through the 2nd 3 minute run before completing it! Think I might need to repeat this week before moving to week 4 and running for 5 mins!
