Constant craving

What I noticed during W4 runs (last week) was how much better I was breathing. The improvement from W1 is almost miraculous. Just hoping the legs will improve by the same amount soon, they are getting there....But by far the biggest surprise is that on the rest days I feel so well recovered I'm craving another run so much. I must have been storing up a lot of endorphins over the couch years, and they're all getting released now! W5R1 this morning went really well considering I celebrated my wife's birthday a touch too much yesterday. Have a great day all!

I definitely have had the craving since starting, I think about it far too much! haha! I've also done okay running after 'celebrating'! Quite good to know that it doesn't need to get in the way! When I started running I did wonder what I'd have to give up in order to manage it and now I find that I don't really need to give up anything to do it at the level I want to.

You’ve clearly been bitten by the running bug hard! Isn’t it great? I find myself itching to get back out there the moment I’ve finished a run, and feeling disappointed that the next day has to be a rest day!

You’re going to smash this programme, I can tell. 💪 Keep up the awesome work, and good luck with the rest of W5! 😀
