Before last week did w3r2 quite easily. Last week did Seine river cruise, not much exercise. Not sure about today run3 but decided to just do it. I had to push on a bit and did a bit extra walk and jog at the end as the routine ended before home. I'm quite happy I just pushed on. Not bad I suppose for over 75. Looks like a nice week so roll on Wed and wk4.

Well done silverfox , excellent to see another senior on here. Age is no barrier to success on c25k just continue to take it slowly. 👏👏

Feeling tired today but just completed exercises for shoulders, back,& hips. Rt hip a bit sore: arthritis. Started C25k using grandsons old trainers, but he said I now need to treat myself & get some new ones. Got a good pair from a near retail outlet (turns out same as his). He has just been running 1 1/2 yrs but has ran for English schools under 17s at cross-country and track. He won the English track finals and the GB international 3k.

Take 2 rest days between if necessary. With new trainers you’ll be bouncing along 😃. Don’t try to keep up with your grandson though 😂

Decided to keep to my routine Mon Wed &Fridays so did wk4-r1 (in new trainers). Felt the 1st half but the 2nd half flew by and had to add extra on my route. Even did an extra 200m jog to home in case some neighbourd were watching (ha ha).
