Me and my little man are officially graduates! It wasn't our best run I must admit, neither one of us had digested lunch properly despite waiting several hours, but we did it all the same.
The breeze was very pleasant and thankfully the rain had stopped. The first ten minutes were heavy but afterwards I sailed through, whilst my son didn't fancy speeding up a bit so I was ahead of him. He caught up in the last ten minutes which was a great effort.
From here we'll keep on running twice a week for 30mins, maybe 40, for a bit, then we'll see.
Thank you so much for the great advice and informative posts ladies and gents. This place is truly awesome and inspirational.
