I should have completed W6 today, but I decided to repeat it instead because I’ve had quite a few days off in between runs with family visiting etc and felt like I’d really struggle with the 25 min run!
So back on it now, starting week 6 again and doing 3 runs a week! Not the biggest fan of repeating weeks but you’ve gotta do what you’ve gotta do!

No one knows how you feel as well as you do, so if that is right for you, go for it! The weeks tend to have a way of disappearing rather too quickly, so you will, I hope, soon be moving to week 7 and 8 and 9!!!! Well done for your progress so far. 😊
The repeats will make you stronger, don’t worry about that. It’s your journey to a strong fit and healthier runner you... there’s no rush. Enjoy week 6... and that 25 minuter will be in the bag soon.
I still occasionally do runs from Week 6 even though I finished the programme a while back. I found week 6 the most interesting and most challenging of the nine and it’s good to revisit if I’ve had a rubbish 5k, or I’m not feeling 100%. I wouldn’t worry about repeats - like good telly, they’re good for the soul.
