My last run was on Saturday. I was meaning to run yesterday afternoon after my drive home from my holiday in France but Storm Ali arrived. I got up this morning and got my shorts and vest on and off I went. It was freeeezing! Last week I was running in 23° heat - today it was 7.5°!
Strava on for running time only. I listened to Desert Island Discs although at times I could barely hear it - running in to the wind. I struggled with this run although I found- for the person who was remarking that she still hadn’t mastered the breathing - that my breathing wasn’t that laboured and I could even breathe in through my nose in a reasonably controlled manner. Possibly that comes with improved fitness? There were numerous times when I wanted to stop so imagine my delight when I Iooked at my Strava! So how come I found this one so hard?
