MJ used to stop 5 seconds or so before the others too... I’m sure he’ll understand.
That’s so close I think it’s effectively the same as completing it... not a huge amount of fitness added by 8 seconds.
Good job out there... maybe slightly slower next time... MJ used to slack off at the end too, virtually every race I saw he eased off at the end 😂
That's a pass not a fail! Definitely start slower if you can. You can't go too slow only too fast. Remember you are training not racing
Move onto the next run... take it slower...we will give you the 5 seconds and enjoy
