Struggled with the last run, had to pull up 5-8seconds early (sorry Michael) 😳

I’ll see how R3 goes, thinking I might have to repeat W2 😞

MJ used to stop 5 seconds or so before the others too... I’m sure he’ll understand.

That’s so close I think it’s effectively the same as completing it... not a huge amount of fitness added by 8 seconds.

Good job out there... maybe slightly slower next time... MJ used to slack off at the end too, virtually every race I saw he eased off at the end 😂

😂😂 I don’t think I’m fast but will try & ease back a wee bit.

That's a pass not a fail! Definitely start slower if you can. You can't go too slow only too fast. Remember you are training not racing
