I was really looking forward to the run this morning but barely managed it at a snails pace. We are at our holiday home in Portugal and I’ve found a fantastic path by the beach which is perfect for running. However... I think it was going up 2 flights of stairs about 20 times yesterday (not a workout the lift was out of order!), my legs are killing me in a completely different way to usual! I’ll try some yoga stretches and hopefully that will do the trick and I’ll be back on track for week 7.

Sounds like you gave your legs a workout with those stairs, the stretches should help. Not long to graduation now 😀.
