That was hard work! My route takes me along a few inclines and running up these is a nightmare - feel like my chest will explode!!

I can’t go any slower, I’d come to a standstill πŸ˜€πŸ˜€, I’ve been so scared to push on at these inclines as I lost all confidence after having a heart attack as a result of tearing a coronary artery a couple of years ago, and it’s just so scary to keep going, but my cardiologist has been encouraging and supports me in trying to resume running again and after each run so far I’ve felt great - it’s just the horrible feeling in those inclines πŸ™†β€β™€οΈπŸ™†β€β™€οΈand every direction from my house involves hills or inclines so they’re unavoidable!! Thanks for your support though, will keep going to firm up my all too heavy legs!!! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Well done! It’s good to get used to inclines. Your body will slowly get used to them as you push yourself more. πŸ‘πŸ™
