I canβt go any slower, Iβd come to a standstill ππ, Iβve been so scared to push on at these inclines as I lost all confidence after having a heart attack as a result of tearing a coronary artery a couple of years ago, and itβs just so scary to keep going, but my cardiologist has been encouraging and supports me in trying to resume running again and after each run so far Iβve felt great - itβs just the horrible feeling in those inclines πββοΈπββοΈand every direction from my house involves hills or inclines so theyβre unavoidable!! Thanks for your support though, will keep going to firm up my all too heavy legs!!! ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ
