Oh my word, I am half way through this amazing book and highly recommend it. It’s so funny, motivational , inspirational and insightful, written by a lady who was previously a complete fitness-phone and is now a multiple marathon runner, ultra runner and general running expert. Check it out if you haven’t already.

Yeh I read it. I enjoyed the 99p kindle book, No RUn intended it might be the same lass, not sure though. Hilarious lengths she went to not to be seen 😎👀😁

You might also enjoy “Irongran” by Edwina Brocklesby and “Just a Little Run Around the World” by Rosie Swale Pope. Skint like me ? Ask your friendly local librarian to get them in for you !
