C25K and Park Run

Does anyone else do the c25K podcast while doing park run.

Thinking about doing week 6 run 2 tomorrow

Tomorrow will be my 3rd park run, just do running group on a Monday so only doing C25K runs on a Wednesday, just thought I'd try combine C25K with park run, as I wear headphones anyway

All your runs now tie in pretty well with parkrun... why not?

It is recommended that if you are mid programme that you do just stick to the C25K run and not get tempted to run the whole thing.

Plenty of time for that in the future.

Thank you so if I join park run, follow programme when finished, walk the rest of the park run

Many do...just do what the run requires and walk when you need to
