W5R2 completed...run 3 looks daunting but think I can get there....never thought I could get this far but this programme has made all the difference...actually look forward to running days now which I never thought could happen!

You can do run 3... the legs are ready... the body is ready... just relax and focus on pacing, nice and slow especially at the start.

Did run 3 this morning and my body was definitely ready for it although I didn’t think so as I set off!! Can’t tell you the amazing feeling when you complete it - I did a little happy dance to my car!!
