Oddly it seemed a whole lot shorter than week1 runs. Mainly because of not having so many running bits! My brain is easily fooled! Had pain in my shin and calf on one leg most of the way through which was rather off putting, but i carried on! The little insperational boosts from Jo really helped, actually found myself smiling as i went!

Glad it’s going well overall. I sometimes do a few minutes of warm up walking before I actually start the podcast and I find I get a lot less cramping. Well done for getting past week 1 ! 🏅

Great stuff! It’s good to hear you’re enjoying your running! 😀 Well done on smashing W1, and now you’re into W2, you’re well on your way. 👏👏
Are your trainers ok? If your shin and calf continue to be painful, it might be worth you getting a gait analysis?
Most of all, have a blast on this amazing programme! 😀
I got some asics to run in they are super comfy. I think it may be because i done two long days at work where i stand all day then did a run, had problems with tight calf before because of work. I probably should find some stretches to do pre run! Will see Monday when i can next get out!
I never thought anyone could enjoy running! 😂
