Found the 25 mins hard- not towards the end but seemed to lose my rhythm around 4-8 mins and struggled to get it back. Just seen I repeat this run in week 7 so hoping it feels better then. Onwards and upwards.

Never mind, you did it. Go slow and steady and all will be well. If you lose rhythm just hang in there, it will sort itself out 🙂😃🏃‍♀️

Hi well done, week 6 is a tough week. You're in good company, lots of people hit a tough patch, I think they call it the toxic ten or something, because after ten minutes the body sorts itself out. Something to do with your body accessing the oxygen it needs. It happens to me sometimes, the key is not to panic, slow down a little if necessary, because you know that you'll be fine again in a minute. I think about something else then suddenly realise my rhythm and breathing are all perfectly ok again. But yes, just slow down a touch when it hits you, and week 7 will be fine.
