To all just starting, or on the journey, you can have faith that the programme works - I graduated this morning. Take some extra rest days when you need it, and never worry about pace - try to go slow - but always believe the next run is achievable, because the steps the programme takes can sometimes seem daunting but can be done. I am amazed that at age 61 I'm now running for 30 minutes and did 5.14km for my graduation run - very flat though! What a great journey this has been!
