I knew it was going to be a full on day but I’m so glad I’ve kept to my plan. At 3.05 as the bell went for the end of the day and I had taught year 8, 10, 8 , 11 and 7 I was going to cry off. I feel so much better for heading to the gym and taking a break. Now for a shower change and back to school ! I’ll definitely sleep 💤 tonight.

Well done! Sometimes just making yourself do it is the only way. A full day teaching is a killer... and some exercise is usually a good antidote... if you can make yourself start! I had a full teaching day today... so I know how you feel! 👍🏃‍♀️💪

That is amazing! I teach part-time (Monday to Wednesday) so my runs are Wed, Fri and Sun. Definitely couldn't teach all day, run, then go back for parents evening! Wow!

I like you have just started PT after 28 years! I work Tues to Thurs. I feel much better for it and will sleep well tonight I’m sure 💤💤💤
