Anyone else get aching arms?

Not sure if this is a stupid question or not, but does anyone else’s arms ache whilst running. I’m on week 6 now and gearing up for run 3, but my arms are tending to ache, am I doing something wrong perhaps holding them in the wrong position/ too rigid?

I feel a bit of an idiot for asking, but any advice greatfully received

Maybe that you're tensing them

Keep your shoulders relaxed, hands in a loose fist

Thanks, I probably am a bit tense I will try and loosen up!

I did a bit when I first started, but it's passed off now.
