I’m getting a few niggles in my right Achilles both after my run and during the walk section, but it feels fine when running. Wouldn’t call it pain, more like discomfort. Are there and stretches or anything anyone can recommend plz? 🤷🏻♀️

I see that you mentioned your Achilles 9 days ago. It's not simply going to get better, and it is going to get progressively worse.
Stop running C25K on it until you've either seen a physio, or done a few weeks of dedicated stretching. You'll probably have tight calves and soleus, and will need to stretch these. You can look at eccentric heel drops online - do these at the bottom step of your stairs - but don't lift yourself up with your right leg. Squats are always good - you can build up your glutes to support your running. If you need to sit at a desk all day, you must get up and move about every hour, and try and do as many tasks standing up as possible.
When you return to running, run/walk 1 minute intervals for one month, and then start up C25K again. But, do the stretches, every day, for the rest of your life. Sorry. Your achilles is going to hold up your C25K progress.

Take care and work on it.
