Hi, I completed C25K around March 2018 and kept up with running 3 times a week initially but then I slipped and found I was going out less and less. Haven’t been out for a run all summer 😞 So going out now and starting on Week 4 to get me back into it. Posting here as the first time around this forum really motivated me to keep going.
