I liked trying out Strava this morning. I was particularly interested with the little graph you can find on the Internet version. It shows there is little discernible difference between my walking pace and my running pace, and also - oh my - that elevation profile ! With 110 meters' elevation gain, I should probably stop calling that "the flat route" 😅
And, W6R1, I heard you loud and clear. Going back to intervals is bloody hard after that first taste of uninterrupted running !
