well so far so good....done the three runs this week. Just have a problem with that second to last run....I skipped it tonight just felt bored of running. Onwards and upwards onto week two definitely no more skipping runs this week.

Ok... good week. You’ll be fine into week 2 I think... skipping bits may soon bite you though... best to complete or repeat each session. Good start, enjoy week two

Well done.

Stick with the plan and be honest with yourself. This is not a tickbox exercise, but a training plan..................you can't really say that you can run for thirty minutes if you only run for twenty five because you got bored.
