Been off for a week cause of the cold. Should I just do week 4 run 2 or would I do week 3 again ?

Line up on the start line you were due at. A week won’t have lost you anything.,, you may even be stronger, the first couple of days your legs were busy building. Relax, and go slow and steady... take another run out.
