W6R1 is notorious, infamous maybe. It’s a tricky set of intervals... I look forward to it on Monday. It’s the one that stood out when I looked at the plan before I started... still not sure quite why, but it is a psychological challenge and about pacing yourself. You’re in good company finding it very challenging from what I’ve read while I’ve been here. You did it though... big tick against that one... very well done.
Just another run... and as long as you relax and take it slowly, not a problem... so ... you did it Huge well done...
Relax into these longer runs now... start slow and stay slow,, do not try to speed up at any point...let the newly forming running legs begin to find their happy pace...
The trick is, with all the runs, which are different... to trust the programme.. don't let your head..or other worrying posts make you think otherwise...!
You are ready for each and every one of the runs...just prepare for it to be a different one than the one before... it has to be...or we could not progress
Slow and steady makes the podium.. and you are doing just fine
Good question, to which no-one seems to have the answer! Well done though, you did it ☺and the good news is that (for me anyway) the rest of Week 6 was a lot easier. The programme works - you'll be fine!
